There are few doughnuts that can be bought in a shop that compare to a fresh made doughnut at home. Our famous Friday-doughnut is everything a doughnut should be: soft, light, fluffy, not too sweet, and just the right amount of filling! Now you can learn how to make them too.

In this class:
  • Learn how to make doughnut dough
  • Learn about working with yeasted dough:
    • Fresh yeast vs. dried
    • Machine vs. hand-kneaded
    • Resting at room temperature vs. cold temperature
  • Shape, proof and fry doughnuts
  • Make vanilla creme patisserie and learn how to fill the doughnuts
What to expect:
  • A meal that we will work together to prepare
  • A hands-on class where you can do as you learn (dress comfortably and ready to cook!)
  • A recipe pack of what was prepared in class as well as extra filling recipes
