Sweet + Savoury Scones

Making the perfect scone can be daunting but the end result is so delicious. In this class you’ll learn how to make scones from start to finish - how to work the flour and butter together, what type of flour to use and why the type of butter matters. We’ll make both sweet and savory scones and chat through other ideas for what to add.

What to expect:
  • A hot drink from the cafe with a scone and jam on arrival
  • A hands-on class where you can do as you learn (dress comfortably and ready to cook!)
  • A recipe pack of what was prepared in class, bonus recipes, and how we source ingredients
